This is one of the simple ,easiest and quickest sweet.when you carve to eat any sweet just try and enjoy.Its also called by nei urundai,pottukadalai ladoo.The ingredients needed for this will always be in your pantry,so try it and its very easy for the beginners.
- Fried gram/Roasted gram/Pottukadalai- 1 cup
- Sugar- 3\4 to 1 cup( acc. to ur sweetness level)
- Ghee -1\2 to 1 cup
- Cardamon -2
- Cashew nuts
1.Take the fried gram dal( pottukadalai) in the blender and make it to affine powder.Transfer it to a mixing bowl.
2.Take sugar and cardamon in the blender and powder it.
3.Add it to the powdered fried gram dal,ghee fried nuts to it.
4.Melt ghee(clarified butter) and little by little to the powdered mix.
5.Take a small portion of it & make ladoo with it.
1.You can add nuts of ur choice.
2.You can +/- the sugar quantity according to ur taste buds.
3.If you are able to make ladoo heat ghee again and add to it,then make.
