bread bhaji

Method:

1.In a bowl add besan flour, rice flour, chilly powder, hing ,garlic powder, cooking soda and salt.add water little by little and make a thick batter.

2.Cut in the bread pieces in triangle shape.(you even trim out the edges of the bread, but i used it along).

3.Heat oil in a flat pan.Dip each piece in the batter and shallow fry them in the hot oil on both side.Do the same for all bread pieces.

Serve hot with ketchup.

Note:

1.Since i had garlic powder i used it u can omit it if u don't have.

2.Can add some jeera or ajwan  seeds to the batter(help in easy digestion).

3.You can deep fry then too.

4.This is just simple bhaji you can go with potato stuffed bhajji ,paneer stuffed, etc.
