When it comes to chaat items there is no doubt its the most favorite food for many people.Its not only popular in northern India , in south Indian also people love it and the road side shop in almost all main streets stand proof for it.When it comes to making it at home I haven't made many of it, one for a while I make pav bhaji for dinner.So I decided to give try some and record it here in my space.
While searching for the authentic recipe I was not much satisfied so decided to try my own version.May recipes use papdi but I didn't use it and replaced by sev/omapodi.It hadly takes few minutes to prepare this prior all both chutnies are ready.Just sit in your dinning table make it and enjoy together with your family.

- Puffed rice/ poori- 1 packet ( 100 gms pack)
- Green chutney
- sweet chutney
- Onion- 1, finely chopped
- carrot-1.finely chopped/grated
- coriander leaves-few strands
- chat masala
- black salt
- Plain sev
1.Gather all ingredients together.
2.In a mixing bowl add in puffed rice,onion,tomato,carrot,cucumber and mix well.
3.Add in both chutney,chat masala.black salt and toss it well .
4.Squeeze lemon juice ,top with coriander leaves, plain sev and serve immediately.
