So glad I found this site. He really dropped his milk intake when he started weaning so I’d been looking for creative ways to get more calcium in him. He gobbles these up and I give him some orange slices with it to help him absorb the calcium. All your recipes that I’ve tried have been hits! Thank you x

Thanks for your lovely message.
Regarding yoghurts that are dairy free, try soya yogurt or oat yogurt (not sure if your local shop has that) Any dairy free options work just fine. X

Is there another possibility to coconut Yoghurt for a dairy free option not so easy to find where I live or frightfully expensive. Taking a chance here. Love you recipes thanks so much x

you could try quineo puffs or buckwheat puffs or just don’t put coconut in them and make them into yo-yo balls.
we sometime roll them in almond meal and no coconut.

She drinks it in cereal and porridge. She never had a bottle as I breast fed her and she loves water! Just never really took to “a glass of milk” but she gets plenty of calcium from other sources and still has milk. ? x

Just wondering if rolled oats would work in this recipe? Also, I always hear about soaking oats to make them kinder to your belly, does the yogurt help with this?
Thanks.
