I made this yesterday with just one change. I followed the exact recipe and added 1 cup of shredded carrot to it. I was worried how it would turn out… Will it be too dense in the middle ? will it cook ? or will it raise? Is the baking powder enough?….. Guess what i checked at exact 59 mins… And it is all cooked…

My 9 months old and my 35 years old loved it. Couldn’t be more excited to try more of your recipes…
