In reply to Mariam. you can fry or play in the oven both would work. offer to your 11 months old cut up into cubes so bub can practice his pincer grip OR you can offer whole. Start with offering 1 whole pancake if bub wants more offer more. take bubs lead. xx

Looks great! If I sue sweet potato do I still fry them 2 min each side or can I put them on silicone mat and leave in the oven for 10-20 min? Also how much would you give to 11 month old? Thank you! X

Lay them out on a tray or rack exposed (not touching each other) in a freezer for a couple of hours, then you can put them in a bag or container touching each other and they won’t stick ? gosh I hope that makes sense hehe ?
