5.cumin/jeera- 1 tsp
8.curry, coriander leaves
1.soak urad dal for 1-2 hours.hrs.grind to a fine paste with very little water.
2.cut onion, chili, ginger, and add to the batter. Add chopped curry leaves & coriander leaves.
3. Take a small portion and make the shape in the wet palm and fry in heated oil.
4.place in tissue to absorb excess oil.
5. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
