Methu vadai | Urad dal Vada






Ingredients:

1.urad dal
2.onion
3.green chilli
4.ginger
5.cumin/jeera- 1 tsp
6.salt
7.oil
8.curry,coriander leaves

Method:

1.soak urad dal for 1 hrs.grind to fine paste .if water needed add salt needed it gives water.If water is needed just sprinkle.

2.cut onion,chilli,ginger and add to the batter.add both leaves.

3.take small portion and make the shape in ur wet palm and fry in heated oil.

4.place in tissue to absorb excess oil.

5.ur vadai is rdy.
