This is one dish which goes well with poori and chapathi.Can also be had as side dish for rice too.
(preparation time-15 min ,serves-2)
1.potato -3 medium
2.onion- 1 big
4.chilly pwdr- 1 tsp
5.turmeric pwdr-1/2 tsp
6.mustard- to temper
9.coriander leaf- to garnish
10.ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
1.wash potatoes well and cook in a bowl,fully immersed for about 5 min r till cooked.
2.cool it ,peel the skin,cut in to cubes.
3.cut onion & tomato in length wise.
4.heat oil in a kadai r pan,add mustard,onion& tomato ,ginger garlic paste and saute well.
5.then add cut potatoes, followed by two powders and mix well.Just sprinkle water for the raw smell of powders to leave,and add salt.mix well.
6.garnish with coriander leaf.
