This is also one of the easiest kheer.I always like to munch or drink something sweet after lunch.So I use to make any sweet for it.Try this.
1.samba wheat-1 cup
2.milk- 1to 2 cups
5.ghee to roast it.
1.wash sooji and immerse in water for a while.
2.in a kadai cook sooji with 1cup milk and 1 cup water .
3.stir otherwise it will get struck at bottom.if needed add milk.
4.make jaggery syrup and filter for impurities.
5.add the syrup to ur cooked sooji and let all get together.
6.fry cashew&raisins in ghee and add to it.
ur payasam is ready.
when it get cool,it will become thick.add milk.
may also use coconut milk instead of milk.adjust jaggery acc. to ur taste.
