Now a days all have started eating fresh vegetables more than the cooked one,this is one way of it i think.This can be easily made & the things needed are sure in our kitchen.
3.Pepper powder-1\2 tsp
6.Bell pepper(yellow)- 1\2 ( optional,since i had i added it)
7.Black salt or ordinary salt - to taste
8.Cilantro- to garnish(coriander leaves)
1.Clean and cut tomatoes and onion into small pieces.
2.Cut green chilli into small pieces.
3.Take a bowl,add onion,tomato & green chilli if u have bell pepper cut & add to it.
4.Add pepper and give a quick mix.
5.Just before serving add salt and garnish it with coriander leaves.
Enjoy ur salsa, we had it with chappathi.
