1.White channa/black channa- 1cup
4.Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
5.Red chilli powder- 2 tsp
6.Coriander powder- 2 tsp
7.Turmeric powder-1 tsp
8.garam masala- 1 1\2 tsp
9.Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
11.Salt to taste
12.Coriander leaves to garnish
1.Soak channa dal overnight or atleast 8 hrs.Pressure cook it for 4-5 whistle with water and salt.
2.Grind onion& tomatoes to a paste.
3.Heat oil in a kadai,add fennel seeds,followed by ground mix and saute well.Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
4.Then add cooked kadalai & all powder masala,salt and mix well.Add chilly powder according to ur spice level.
5.Then add some water to it and cook till everything blends well.
6.Garnish with coriander serve with ur main breakfast.
