1.Besan flour/Kadalai mavoo- 1 cup
2.powdered Sugar-2 cup
1.In a big microwave safe bowl,add ghee & keep it in MW high for 30sec to 1 min.
2.Take out add besan flour ,mix and keep for 1min.
3.Powder the sugar and grease a plate & keep ready.
4.Take the bowl add powdered sugar,mix and keep for2 min,After one min take out and add little milk and keep again.
5.After 2 min you will see little foamy on top take out and pour on the greased plate.
6.When hot cut,after it get cooled take the pieces.
1.One or 2 min time may vary according to ur MW.
