1.Basmathi rice-1 1\2 cup
2.Vegetable mixed-1 cup(Grated carrot-1,peas,beans,cabbage)
3.Salt to taste
4.Maggi chicken stock-1(optional) or garam masala- 1 tsp(For flavour)
5.Ghee/oil- 3 tsp
6.Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
1.Clean and soak rice for 15 min.
2.Cut all ur vegetables and keep.
3.Heat oil/ghee in a kadai.Add ginger garlic paste,saute,then add all ur veggies and saute well.
4.Add garam masala or chicken stock,saute,then add 3 cup water,salt.close the kadai and bring to boil.
5.Then reduce flame to simmer,add rice and close again.
6.In about 10 min ur pulao will be ready.
Serve with any veg/non veg gravy.We had it with chicken curry.
