Instant Oats Dosai- easy breakfast

Oats dosai

Now a days all have become health conscious,switching to healthy diet,exercising regularly,etc.Oat meal play a vital role in dieting.Many know to make variety breakfast with it but some maynot know,this is one food which can be made very soon.


Ingredients

(Prep. time- under 30 min.)

  • Oat meal- 1 cup(or as required)
  • Rice flour- 1\2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion-1
  • Oil

Method:

1.Dry roast oats until a nice aroma comes.

2.Cool it and powder it not fine powder.

3.In a mixing bowl add this powdered oats,salt & rice flour,add water little by little to a dosai batter consistency.

4.In a kadai add little oil,saute cut onions for some time and transfer it to the batter.

5.Heat the dosa tawa pour a ladle of the batter on it and spread.Apply little oil on side.

6.When cooked on one side turn other side & cook.

Serve hot with any chutney u like.

Note:

1.You can add sooji or wheat sooji instead of rice flour.That too will taste good.
