This besan ladoo by microwaved method I tried from Homely food blog of meena.First I thought how its going to be & will my kids like it,to say the truth my daughter who hates sweet dishes liked it very much and ate few ladoos,i always like sweets very much.It tasted awesome.Its very very easy as it by microwave means.

- Besan flour- 1 cup
- Caster sugar- 3\4 cup
- Ghee/clarified butter- 7 tbsp.
- Cardamon powder- 1\2 tsp
1.In a microwave safe bowl heat the ghee for 1 min at 100% power.
2.Carefully take it out,add the besan flour and mix well.Microwave it again for 4min at 100% power with stirring it every minute.
3.Then keep it at 50% power for 3 min with stirring between.
4.Remove the bowl from oven,add caster sugar & cardamon powder,mix it well.
5.Allow it to cool & make ladoos.
1.While heating the ghee I added some cashew nut to it.
2.I don't have caster sugar,i just powdered the granulated sugar.
3.Don't add more ghee initially ,when making ladoos if ur not able to form laddo add some heated ghee and make.
