When i saw this post here, I immediately decided to make this and made it.I just made very slight change in the ingredients, try it. Very good combo for tea/coffee.
- Oats- 3\4 cup
- Wheat flour- 1\2 cup
- Maida/all-purpose flour- 1\2 cup
- Olive oil- 5 tbsp
- Water- 1\2 to 3\4 cup
- Mixed dried herbs- 1 tsp
- Pepper powder- 1\2 tsp
- Cilantro/coriander leaves chopped- 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
1.Powder the oats to a coarse form.
2.In a mixing bowl add everything except water and give a quick mix.
3.Add water little by little to form a dough.
4.Pre heat the oven at 180deg C for 10 mins. Meanwhile roll the dough to 1\4 inch thick on a papered board.
5.Cut it into desired shape and pierce on centre to avoid puffing.
6.Bake for 15-20 mins or until done.Cool down and store.
Serve as tea time snack.
