- Apple- 2 medium sized
- custard powder- 3 tsp(i used vanilla flavor)
- Milk- 2 cup
- Sugar -to taste
1.Boil milk and allow to cool.After completely cooled pour half cup milk in ice trays and freeze it.
2.Steam the apples in idli-vessel for 5-6 mins,and scoop out the flesh of it.
3.Heat a sauce pan with the custard and 1\2 cup milk ,make a smooth custard paste of it.cool it.
4.In a blender add apple flesh,custard mix,sugar and freezed milk cubes ,blend it well.Add milk according to consistency u want.
5.Transfer it to a serving glass and serve.
