Its difficult to make my kids eat banana,i have to push them my son some how will eat but daughter won't .Lastly when i got some banana some were left out and i don't want to make any cupcake or paniyaram,made this halwa together with dates and it was yummy.
As i like sweets more i post this on my special day today,my birthday.

Recipe Cuisine: Indian
- Banana-2 ( over riped)
- Dates- 10-12
- Milk- 1\3 cup
- Sugar- 2 tsp
- ghee- 1\4 cup + 1 tbsp
- cashew- few
1.In a pan add some ghee ,fry cashew and keep aside.In the same pan add chopped banana and saute for a while.
2.Meanwhile remove the seeds from dates and microwave it with milk for 1 or 2 mins.(this is to make the dates little soft).
3.When the banana has cooked and mashed well,add the dates with the milk and keep stirring.Add ghee at regular intervals.
4.In about 5-7 mins it will get thicken,add this stage 2 tsp of white sugar.Add ghee as needed .the sugar will dissolve, become watery and then form mass leaving the sides of the pan.Switch off and add fried cashew.Serve.
No coloring added,and yummy halwa is ready.
1.This can be made with any variety of banana.
2.Add less sugar or avoid it if ur dates are sweeter.
