I made this cake last month but couldn't post and was lying in draft ,decided to post today.I always more comfortable with eggless baking i don't know why.With no more excuse we shall move on to the recipe.
- Flour/maida- 1 & 1\4 cup + 1 tbsp
- Granulated sugar-1\2 cup
- oil-1\2 cup
- Baking powder-1 tsp
- baking soda- 1\4 tsp
- tutti fruity-1\3 cup
- vanilla essence- 1 tsp
- curd/yogurt- 1\3 cup
1.Powder the sugar.Sieve flour with baking soda and baking powder.Pre heat the oven.
Toss tutti fruity with a tbsp of flour.
2.Beat oil with powder sugar in a mixing bowl.(you can use granulated sugar also for easy mixing i powder it).
3.Add vanilla essence and yogurt to it mix well.
4.Now add the sieved flour and mix well.Fold in the tutti fruity and gently mix.
5.Transfer it to a greased dusted pan and bake it for 40-45 mins or till a knife inserted comes out clear.
6.cool it well and then invert it on a plate.
Slice and enjoy.
