Are you looking for a healthy snack then try this.After making lotus seeds gravy/masala for chapathi i had some seeds left out.Wandering what to make with it searched up and ended with the guilt free snack.
Cooking time-10 mins.
- Lotus seeds/fox nuts- 2 cups
- Chat masala-1 tsp(as needed)
- Oil- 2 tsp
- Chilly powder-1 tsp
- salt to taste
1.Dry roast the seeds until it is crispy.Transfer it .
2.Heat oil in the same pan,add chilly powder,salt and stir for few seconds.
3.Add the dry roasted lotus seeds and mix well.Switch off and add chat masala and mix well.
Serve or cool and store in air tight container.
Healthy alternative from deep fried vadas/pakoda.
1.Add spice powder according to ur spice level.
2.You can even add pepper powder.
