- pasta-1 cup or 100 gms
- onion-1 big,chopped
- Green chilly-2,silted
- ginger,chopped-2 tsp
- garlic,chopped-2 tsp
- Capsicum,cubed-1\2 cup
- chicken pieces-5 to 8 pieces(this depends on you,can add more),Chopped and cleaned well.
- pepper powder-1 tsp(coarsely powdered)
- turmeric powder-1\4 tsp
- garam masala-1\2 tsp
- cilantro/coriander leaves-to garnish
- salt to taste
- oil-3 tsp
1.Boil water in a vessel,add pasta to it and cook.When it is almost cooked add in some oil and drain it through a colander.Keep the colander under tap water for a few seconds,this is to prevent sticking of the cooked pasta.
2.Heat oil in a pan,saute onion,green chilly,ginger and garlic.Then add the cleaned chicken pieces and saute for 5-8 mins.sprinke some water and allow to cook.The pieces will be 3\4 cooked.then add the capsicum, along with all powders and salt.Saute for some time.
3.Lastly, break one egg over it and scramble it well.Add in the cooked pasta and mix well. check for salt and add in needed. Grind some fresh pepper over it.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
