- Seedless dates- 1 cup
- Hot boiling water- 1 cup
1.Soak the dates in hot boiling water for more than 2 hours.
2. Smash it well and filter it through a muslin cloth. Add some more hot water through the pulp and squeeze it.
3.Keep this water in flame and bring to boil,stir continuously to avoid burning at the bottom.
4.Boil till it becomes thick consistency, similar to honey.
5.cool well and store in bottle.
Add this to the children milk and give this natural iron.
