Rajma / Red Kidney Beans is often used in many forms in my kitchen like rajma patties, rajma sundal.

Serves 3 to 4
- Rajma- 1 cup
- Onion-1 ,chopped
- Green chilly-1,chopped
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
- Red chilly powder- 1 n 1\2 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 n 1\2 tsp
- Garam masala-1\2 tsp
- Kasuri methi-1 tsp
- Cream/milk- 1\4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil-3 tsp
1.Soak rajma overnight or over 8 hrs.Pressure cook it with 2 cup water till done.Drain water ,reserve the water and keep the beans ready.
2.Heat oil in pan saute onion and chilly till translucent, add in ginger garlic paste saute till raw smell goes.
3.then add in tomato puree and saute till oil seperates.Add in all dry powder along with cooked beans,salt and some reserves water.
4.Cook till everything blends well.Add in cream,i used milk.
5.Lastly crush dried methi leaves add to it and switch off.
Serve hot with roti\ naan.
