Basundi is an easy Indian dessert made by thickening the milk .This is somewhat similar to rabdi dessert.

- Milk-1\2 litre
- sugar- 1\4 cup(adjust accordingly)
- Cardamon powder-1\4 tsp
- Nuts-1\3 cup, chopped(pistachio,almonds,cashew)
- Saffron strands-few
1.Add milk to pan ,bring to boil,slow down the flame cook till it reduce to half the quantity.Keep scraping the sides of the pan.
2.Add the sugar,saffron strand ,cook till it becomes thick.Add in the nuts ans switch off.
Cool down and serve it chilled.
1.For richer version you can add condensed milk also.
2.Add sugar up to ur taste
