- Wheat flour-1 cup
- powdered palm jaggery/karupati-3\4 to 1 cup
- Cardamon pods-2
1.Dry roast the wheat flour well till a nice aroma comes.(be careful not to burn it).Transfer it to a plate and allow to cool.
2.Add palm jaggery and crushed cardamon pod in bowl and add 1\2 cup water,place in low flame.Wait for it to dissolve well.(no need for string consistency).Switch off and filter to remove the impurities.
3.Slowly add the syrup to the roasted flour and make balls of it.Do the same for all flour.
Healthy wheat flour ball is ready.
1.You can also make this with sugar/jaggery.But palm jaggery is more healthy.
