Today is Mother's day ! Wishes to all lovely mothers globally to be frank its really best to be a mother.On this wonderful day i like to share a an easy sweet recipe which is this seven cup burfi/fudge.Since a total of seven cups are used hence the name.It easy for beginners too as just adding everything mixing and when comes together pouring and setting.
Preparation time:5 mins
cooking time: under 30 mins
- Besan flour/ Kadalai mavoo- 1cup
- Ghee- 1 cup
- milk-1 cup
- grated coconut-1 cup
- sugar- 3 cups
1.Measure the ingredients and keep everything ready.Grease a plate with ghee and keep ready to pour the batter.
2.In a non stick pan add in all the ingredients and mix well first.Heat the pan and stirring continuously without taking hands.(keep the flame in low)
3.First the sugar will melt and the whole things mix together.It will take time to leave the pan and become a mass.(pls keep on stirring the mixture).
4.When it will become thick and leaves the sides of the pan,pour it in to the greased plate.Mark it when still hot.After it cools remove the slice and enjoy.
1.Instead of coconut u can use grated carrot also.
2.For too sweet version use 3 cups sugar else 2 n 3\4 cup will do.
