Homemade Badam Mix | Easy Badam /Almond Mix Recipe

I want my kids to eat badam but they refuse to do so and i was soo worried .Tried many ways but no ise at last i decided to make this mix and give them  as my daughter love a brand's badam mix.Try this and give almond meal daily.




Preparation time:10 mins
cooking time: few minutes

Ingredients:


  • Badam/Almond-1 cup ,heaped
  • Pistachio-1\4 cup,levelled
  • Cashew-1\4 cup,levelled
  • Elachi/cardamon-3 r 4
  • Saffron threads-few
  • Sugar-3\4 to 1 cup





Method:

1.Take badam,pistachio and cashew nut in a dry pan ,roast just for few minutes ans switch off.Cool it.

2.Take them in a mixer/blender along with cardamon and saffron and pulse it for few seconds.then grind it to a powder form.(don't run continuously as the nuts will eliminate oil).

3.Lastly add sugar and grind well.Cool and store it in a container.


To make badam milk:

To a cup of hot milk add 1 or 2 tsp of this mix and mix well.add sugar if needed.
