This ice cream recipe is such an easy method of making, which does not involve blending in between. You have to just mix, freeze and scoop out. As mangoes are in season try this and enjoy.

- Big pulpy mango-1 (i used banganapalli )
- Condensed milk-1\2 tin (i used mittai mate)
- Whipped cream-3\4 cup
1.Wash them mango ,peel the skin chop the mango in to pieces and blend to fine pulp using hand blender/mixer( i used my mixer).
2.Add condensed milk to it and blend once.
3.Whip the cream to soft peak.Add the blended mix to it and mix well.Pour in to freezer safe box and freeze it over night or 8 hrs.( no need to take out and blend in between as no ice crystals will be formed).
Once set scoop out and enjoy creamy mango ice cream.
1.Adjust the addition of condensed milk.If the mango is too sweet add less amount of it.
2.Use fibre less mango variety to make this.
3.Here i have used cream powder.Just mix the cream powder in water,whip it we get whipped cream.You can use low fat amul cream or heavy whipping cream also.
