Last week one day i was craving to eat something chocolaty but nothing was in house decided why not bake a brownies to eat but baking needs time ,googled and decided to go with microwaved version of eggless brownies.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Baking time: 4 mins

Ingredients:
- Apf/maida-1\2 cup
- Cocoa powder-4 tbsp
- Sugar-5 tbsp (powdered)
- Sour curd-2 tbsp
- Melted butter/oil-1\4 cup
- Baking soda-1\4 tsp
- Vanilla essence-1\2 tsp
- Chopped walnut-1\4 cup
- hot water-1\2 cup
Method:
1.Sieve flour with cocoa powder.To the sour curd add 1\4 tsp baking soda ,mix well this is foam up which help for soft brownies.
2.To the melted butter add sugar,essence and hot water.mix it well.Add the curd mix and whisk well.
3.Then fold in the flour mix gently to it.Lastly add chopped walnuts and just fold one.
4.Grease a microwave safe dish with butter and pour the batter to it.Microwave it for 4 mins at high.
Cool and cut it.Serve it.
Note:
1.Baking time may from oven to oven.The original recipe says to keep for 4 mins but mine was not done it 4 mins i kept again for 3 more mins.So first keep for 4 mins ,check and keep again.
2.Can add any nuts.
