Apple Lapsi | Apple and daliya halwa | Rajathani Lapsi

I really have a very big sweet tooth i could eat sweet anytime any where.Some time often i make them and my daughter warns me not to eat more.when i saw this lapsi recipe in priya's blog i decided to make since i had apple.I enjoyed it well , when chilled.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat rava/Daliya-1 cup
  • Sugar-3\4 cup(adjust)
  • apple-1,Chopped finely
  • Cardamon-1 crushed
  • water-3 cups
  • Ghee-1 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts-few




Method:

1.In a kadai/pan add a tsp of ghee and dry roast the wheat rave well till a nice aroma comes.

2.Then add in water and cook till the rave is well cooked.Then drop in the sugar,crushed cardamon and mix well.It becomes watery and then thickens.

3.Then add chopped apple and cook for few seconds ,switch off.Fry cashew in ghee ,add into it.




Serve hot,warm or chilled.
