If you are looking for quick,easy and low fat version of mango dessert then this is the one.While i was making this my daughter said Ma,don't experiment with curd,how its going to be but when i made and refrigerate it ,she licked it,loved its taste and finished it off with a spoon left for me.Thank u priya for this yummy dessert.

Prepartion time:5 mins
- Mango - 1 ,big( i used banganapali variety)
- Thick fresh curd-1\2 cup( i used dolda curd)
- sugar- 3 to 4 tsp(adjust)
- Saffron Essence-1 tsp(i didnot use)
1.Clean the mango and peel it.chop in to pieces.
2.Blend the pieces to fine paste with sugar and transfer it to a bowl.
3.In the same mixer add curd,sugar and blend to smooth.Return it to another bowl.
4.In a serving glass first place a piece of mango and alternatively add mango puree and curd mix.Top it with a mango piece.
Keep it in fridge for some time and serve chilled.
