Beef in one ingredient which is loved by all in my family.Due to health concern i take once or twice a month and everyone will enjoy that day's meal more.This recipe is an easy and simple one apart from pressure cooking this can be made in jiffy.
- Beef-1\2 kg
- Oil-1 tbsp( preferably coconut oil)
- onion-1 chopped
- Turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
- ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
- Green chilly,silted-1
- Red chilly powder-1 tsp( adjust)
- Garam masala- 1\2 tsp
- Curry leaves-few
- Salt to taste
1.Pressure cook beef with turmeric powder for 3-4 whistle ( no need to add water).After the pressure is released open it.
2.Heat oil in a pan ,add the cooked beef along with water(if any),add in ginger garlic paste and green chilly.Saute for while till raw smell of gg paste vanishes.
3.Then add in all dry powder,salt and curry leaves.Keep sauteing it.Lastly add chopped onion and saute till it crisps a bit.
Tasty and easy beef is ready to serve.
1.You can add onion first in the oil,saute till it browns well then follow other procedure.
