I make paste once for a while but mostly with loads of vegetables and very rare i make it in white sauce.Last time when i made this for dinner decided to post and hence clicked it.Its super easy and taste too good when its is taken hot.
- Pasta- 200 gms( 1 packet i have used spiral type)
- Milk-1 &1\2 cup
- Butter- 1 tbsp
- Grated cheese- 2 tbsp
- Maida/flour-1 tbsp
- Finley cubed capsicum- 1 cup( i used all three colours)
- Boiled sweet corn-1\3 cup
- Pepper-2 tsp
- Mixed Italian herds-1\2 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- olive oil-1 + 2 tsps
1.Cook the pasta with plenty of water.when done drain through a colander under running water.Add a tap of olive and mix well.Boil the sweet corn and keep ready.
2.Heat oil in a pan and saute the bell peppers for a while ,then add the boiled corn toss for a while and then switch off.
3.Heat butter in a non- sticky pan when it is about to melt add the flour and toss well .Add in milk and keep stirring till in becomes creamy.Add the grated cheese too.
4.Add the sauted vegetables and cooked pasta along with pepper powder.salt and mixed herbs.
5.When it reaches thick and creamy switch off.
1.After adding milk keep stirring else it will from lumps.
2.You can use any pasta variety.
3.You can add vegetables of your choice.
