Eggless Strawberry Ice cream | No Churn Method | Ice Cream Recipe

While going through my FB page i noticed that today (27th February )is  strawberry day immediately with no second thought i decided to round up my last strawberry recipe which i had in my draft.When i bought a box of it some where lying on my fridge with no attention.Wandering what to make with it decided to make ice cream so kids will like it.It soo easy just give a try.:P

Preparation time: 10 mins
Freezing time: 4 hrs -over night


  • Fresh strawberry-6-8 pieces
  • Fresh cream-1\2 cup( i used nilgiris brand)
  • milk-1\3 cup
  • sugar-1\3 to 1\2 cup(adjust)


1.Clean the strawberries well remove the stalk.Chop in pieces and add to blender.Add in sugar and blend first.

2.Then add in cream ,whip a few seconds and pour milk ,blend  for sometimes.

3.Pour it in a container and freeze it.After one or 2 hours of setting remove the box from freezer and whip it again to break the ice formed.Return it to freezer again.Do this ways for 2 or 3 times and lastly freeze it overnight.

4.When set scoop it out and enjoy.

Yummy homemade ice cream is ready


1.You can even use whipping cream.In that case whip the cream to soft peaks add tho the strawberry -milk mix and freeze it.
