How was your Easter celebration we had a blast ,i made an eggless truitti fruity cake and for lunch i prepared chicken biryani.After having heavy lunch i want to have something that aids in digestion so i prepared this mint chai yesterday evening for a change.Trust me if you love mint then this one is surely for you,i just love it to the core.

cooking time: 5 mins
Makes: 1 cup tea
- Milk-1 cup
- Tea powder-2 tsp
- Mint leaves-5 to 7
- Sugar- 2 tsp( adjust)
- Water- 1\2 cup
1.Clean the mint leaves well.Boil 1\2 cup water along with the leaves,Slowly water will change it colour.
2.Add tea leaves and milk and wait for it to boil well.Switch of when the milk reaches the colour u prefer.
3.Filter it and add in sugar.Froth it and serve hot with some snacks or biscuits.
