Last week a day when i decided to bake a pizza after a long gap using wheat flour many recipe for for pizza sauce which i don't have.My previously baked one is simple vegetable pizza.While googling saw many ways of preparing it and concluded to make my own way and use it in my wheat pizza ( recipe follows next).One best thing about homemade is that we are totally clear what we use in making it and its preservatives free.

cooking time: 15 mins
Makes : 1\2 cup
- Olive oil- 1 tbsp
- garlic-5 cloves,chopped finely
- Tomato-3 ,medium sized
- onion-1 finely chopped
- Black pepper powder-1\2 tsp
- rec chilly powder-1\4 tsp
- Dried herbs mix-1\2 tsp
- tomato sauce/ketchup-1 tsp
How i made:
1.Coarsely grind the tomatoes in the mixer
2 Heat oil in a pan,add in chopped onion and garlic,saute till a pleasant aroma of garlic comes.
3.Then add in the ground tomato mix with all spice powder and salt.Mix well.
4.Then add in tomato sauce and cook till it becomes semi thick.Switch off.
Use it on while making pizza.
1.You can add the tomato in hot water,peel the skin and then grind it.But i ground it with the skin.
