This is my daughter's favorite recipe and whenever i am out any dough in refrigerator i opt this as breakfast during lazy weekend.Your kitchen pantry will definitely have the ingredients needed for it. Adding chopped onions in it gives a crunchy effect on biting. There may be any authentic way to make this but i do it in simple way, just mixing, tempering and making crepes.Do give a try. You can also make it without tempering.
Preparation time: 5 mins

1.Add rice flour, sooji, maida and salt in to a mixing bowl.Add in water and make a very thin batter.Add the finely chopped onions to it and mix well.
2.Heat a tadka pan,add oil,pop out mustard seeds ,hing and curry leaves.switch off and pour the tadka in to the prepared batter and mix well.( you can omit the tempering and proceed to make dosa).
3.Heat dosa pan/tawa.Pour a ladle of batter and swirl the tawa so that it spreads by itself.Wait for it to cook.Flip and cook the other side.Repeat for all the batter.
