Christmas is almost in air and we are getting ready to welcome baby Jesus in our home and heart.My last Christmas recipe for this year happens to be this post and we are all set to travel to our native to celebrate Christmas.

Preparation time: 10 mis
Baking time :12-15 mins (depends on the thickness)
- Wheat flour-1\2 cup
- maida/apf-1\2 cup
- sugar-1\3 cup (levelled),then powder it.
- Shortening or butter-1\4 cup
- Baking powder-1\2 tsp
- vanilla essence-1 tsp
- milk-2 tbsp ( or less)
1.Measure the sugar and powder it in a dry mixer Sieve both flours with baking powder..
2.add this powder in a bowl .Cream butter with it well.
3.Slowly add flour mix and mix well.Add in essence.
4.If it is difficult to mix add some milk and make a non sticky dough.Cover and place it in fridge for some time.
5.Remove from the fridge and roll the dough.Cut in to desired shape using a cookie cutter.
6.Place it a lined baking tray and bake at 180 deg C till it browns a bit.
7.Cool it in wire rack and store.
