Strawberries are in season ,one can find it almost in all super markets and fruit vendors.Oh! what lovely coloured fruits with seeds outside and I just love the colour,taste and look.This time I noticed even the price of it has dropped much from last year.So please buy and enjoy as fruit or make some yummy delicacies with it.I tried some shots with it too.
Preparation time:5 mins

setting time: 1 hour
- Strawberries- 100 gms ( around 10)
- sugar- 5 tbsp (adjust)
- low fat cream-1\2 cup
- gelatin-1 tsp
- water-1\4 cup
1.Soak gelatin in water for it to bloom.Clean and hull the berries.Chop in pieces and blend in mixer with 2 tbsp sugar.Reserve a berry for topping.
2.Transfer the blended berries one tbsp each into serving cup .Warm the bloomed gelatin sugar just for it to mix well.switch off.
3.To the same mixer add in cream,sugar and gelatin,blend well.Pour it over the strawberry puree in the serving dish.Allow it to set in fridge.
4.Chop the reserved berry and serve mousse topped with it.
