Breads comes as great rescuer when its for breakfast.One can just make french toast,or any sanwiches or just spread butter/ jam and eat.Another time saving is we don't need to make any side dish for it .In this summer no need to sweat too much in kitchen just make quick and healthy breakfast wih bread.
In this recipe, I have used white bread but you can use what bread you prefer either whole wheat or multi grain bread.Making this sandwich is so simple just a kids play,scoop out the flesh of avocado mix other ingredients to it,spread over the bread and grill or toast it

- Bread-8 slices( i used white bread)
- green chilly-1 finely chopped
- cherry tomato-5 r 6
- green capsicum-1 ( optional),cut into small cubes
- pepper-1 tsp
- salt to taste
1..Scoop out the flesh for avocado into a bowl.
2.Add in all other except cheese and mix well.To a bread spread some of this prepared mix,add some grated cheese and cover it with another bread.
3.Grill it in a grill or just toast it in pan.
Serve as such.
1.You can also use other vegetables like carrot,sweet corn,beetroot or anything of you wish.
2.You can apply a coat of butter before spreading the avocado mix and grill it.
3.Here I used just plain cheese but you can use mozzarella or pizza cheese.
4,Use fully riped avocado.
