Simple and melt in mouth choco chips cookies with step by step pictures.It had been months since I baked some cookies in my kitchen, so I decided to do one but this time with an ingredient I never tried before in cookies. Yes its egg, I have baked many cookies but never ever used eggs in it.This is my first try and the result product was soft ,yummy and just melted in our mouth.Within few minutes all of it got vanished and as I mom I was happy.
Here I fully used maida but you can go for half maida half wheat but I cannot assure the end product to be soft. Leave all matter about this calories,unhealthy , etc and enjoy the moment with this delicious cookies as we live once in this universe.If you want to avoid egg then replace it with some tsp of milk .

Baking time 12-15 mins
makes 15 cookies
- Flour / maida- 1 cup
- Butter/ margarine- 1\2 cup
- sugar- 1\2 cup
- vanilla essence- 1 tsp
- baking powder- 1\2 tsp
- choc chips-1\4 cup
1.Cream butter and sugar well.Add an egg and beat well.
4.Scoop it in a lined baking tray and bake for 12-15 mins at 180 deg C till it's crisp on edges and soft inside. Don't over bake it as it get harder on cooling.
5.Completely cool well before serving or storing.
1.Baking time vary from oven to oven but please keep an eye after 12 mins.
2.Few tsps of milk can be used if you want to avoid egg.
