- Milk-2 cup
- Sugar-1\3 cup
- Ghee-1 Tsp
- Chopped nuts (Badam& pistachio)
1.Peel the apple and grate it.
2.Heat ghee in a pan and saute this grated apple for few minutes till it dries up.Switch off and cool it.
3.Boil milk.Add sugar and continue boiling until it reduces to one cup.Switch off.Cool the milk.
4.When the milk & sauteed apple reaches room temperature, add sauteed apple to the thickened milk.
5.Add chopped nuts and serve as such or after chilling for some time.
1.Add apple only after the boiled milk has cooled well else it may get curled up.
