Markets are loaded with a variety of winter vegetables and these fresh green peas are one among it.When I saw it I bought it with no second thought as I was having an idea to make soup with it.When I made this soup both my children enjoyed it to the core and we almost felt filling with it.Do try this when you get chance to grab some.
Preparation time: 5 mins
cooking time; 15mins:
- Fresh green peas-1 cup
- Oil- 1 Tsp
- Garlic flakes-2
- Bay leaf-1
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cream- 1 tbsp

1.In a pressure cooker heat oil, add bay leaf.Saute onion, garlic.Add in cleaned peas and saute for a while.
2.Add 2 cup of water and pressure cook it for 1-2 whistle.After pressure releases open and takes out the bay leaf.
3.Grind it to puree.Transfer to a bowl.
4.Add fresh cream, salt and cook for a minute.
