Chocolate Ice Cream | No Churn Ice Cream

Chocolate Ice Cream | No Churn Ice Cream

No churn chocolate ice cream with minimal ingredients to beat the heat.I have already posted chocolate ice cream on my blog which had some fancy ingredient like liquid glucose. Also here I have used nattu sarkarai/Palm sugar instead of white sugar and we didn't feel any taste difference.

In the picture, the ice cream looks melted it is due to the time lag to take the picture and so in meantime, the ice cream started to melt.Do try this easy homemade ice cream in this summer and enjoy with your family.

Preparation time:10mins
Cooking time:15mins
Freezing time:6  hours to overnight

Ingredients:

  • Milk-500ml (I used 4.5% fat milk)
  • Milk chocolate compound(chopped)-1 cup

Method:

1.Boil milk. When it boils add the chocolate compound, sugar and mix well it gets blend up well.Switch off and cool it well.

2.Meanwhile whip the cream well.Add the cooled milk-choc mix to it and whisk it well.

3.Pour into freezer safe box and freeze it overnight.

4.The next day scoops out, sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles or chocolate essence and serve.

P.S. These are my mobile pictures and hence it is not that perfect.
