- Sago-1/3 cup
- Milk-1 cup
- Sugar-1/4 cup(adjust)
1. Clean and soak sago for 5mins. Drain and cook it with water.
2.When cooked add milk and sugar. Cook it thickens. Switch off and allow it to cool.
3. Meanwhile, peel a mango and chop it. Blend the pieces by reserving a few pieces for toppings.
4. To the cooled milk-sago mix, mix the mango puree.
5. Transfer it to the serving bowl and top with some fresh mango pieces.
Chill it for some time and serve.
