Ice creams/ popsicle and summer are both inseparable. My kids always look into the refrigerator for some chilled drink/goodies. So I decided to make some popsicle from the milk they refuse to drink as they started hating drinking hot health drinks. so if you have any leftover milk make this easy popsicle. Even if you don't have mould just pour into a tumbler/ paper cup, set it and serve.

 For our Easter lunch, I prepared this mutton pepper roast, mutton biryani, salad, and raitha. It is so simple and easy to make.   If you have the pressure cooked mutton you can prepare this just 5 mins before serving to serve it hot.

This kuzhambu is simple to make and taste delicious for hot steamed rice. The temperature here in Chennai is soaring high day by day and it becomes unbearable to cook in the heat. So I am opting for quick and easy lunch recipes like curd rice, lemon rice, rasam, etc. This mor curry comes in this category which can be prepared quickly. Here coconut is not used instead soaked dal is used to make the paste. Pair some papad or any fries to have a filling and satisfying meal.

Wheat rava idli is a healthy breakfast recipe as we have used wheat instead of regular rice. As wheat is used it is very good even for diabetic people and we find this recipe healthy, tasty and filling. I have used regular broken wheat. But you can also use samba wheat. Clean the wheat rava and soak with less water because after soaking we will not throw out the water. We will use the soaked rava together as such to grind. So use very less water for soaking wheat.

Aval/poha ladoo is a simple snacks to make in jiffy. When sweet carve strikes and not mood to make elobarate one try to make this simplest one and enjoy. Here I have used a mix of cane sugar and white sugar but you can either with any one sugar of mix of both. Also if you prefer making it sugar free just add more pitted dates and grind it and make balls.
