Sambar powder with step by step pictures.Sambar powder is one of the most used powders in the south Indian kitchen. It is not alone used for sambar but can be added in vatha kuzhambu, stir-fries, and koottus. My mom always makes a fresh small batch of this powder every time she makes sambar. But I never make it and always go for a shortcut method with readymade sambar powder. Fresh sambar is so aromatic and tastes the best. So always make a small batch and use within a week.
Let us see how to make this.
