Ice apple called Nungu in "Tamil" is one of the best summer coolants. You can find this only during the summer. This fruit looks transparent and doesn't have any taste of it. When added to a drink it takes the taste of it I have already posted some variety of it, check it out here.

Ice apple/Nungu- 1 or 2
Chilled milk-1 cup ( Boiled & chilled)
Rose milk syrup-2 Tsp
sugar- to taste.
1. Peel the skin of the ice apple and cut into small pieces.
2. In a glass add the chopped pieces, rose milk syrup and sugar.
3. Add chilled milk, mix and serve.
