Eggless tutti-fruity loaf cake with step by step pictures.

This is a simple tea cake that beginner can easily make it. I made this for tea snacks last month. Here I have fully used atta flour. But can also make it with plain flour or a mix of plain+atta. Instead of tutti fruity you can use choc chips or even a mix of dry fruits & nuts.

Atta- 1cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda-1/2 tsp
Sugar-1/3 cup
Oil-1/4 cup
Milk-1/2 to 3/4 cup
Yogurt-1/4 cup
Tutti fruity-2 tbsp (mix with some flour)
Vanilla essence- 2 tsp


1. In a mixing bowl add sugar and oil. Beat well with a whisk. Add curd and mix well till sugar dissolves.

2. Add milk and essence. Sieve flour with baking powder and baking soda. Mix it well it becomes a smooth batter.

3. Lastly add flour toasted tutti-fruity and fold it. Pour into a greased pan and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg C for 30-40 mins or till done.

Completely cool it and slice. enjoy with a cup of coffee/tea.
